Regular season rates  $250 per night

January 6 to December 14

 

Holiday season rates $300 per night

December 15 to January 5

One maid service included for every consecutive seven night stay

• Check out cleaning charge for less than 7 night stay is $140
• Additional maid services available at $60 per cleaning
• Check in time is 3:00pm
• Check out time is 11:00am

Three night non-refundable deposit required at time of booking

• Payment in full 30 days before arrival
• Check-in fee of $35.00 to be paid at time of check-in
• No refunds of monies collected unless we can re-rent for the dates cancelled

Hawaii vacations room tax of 11.417% will be added to above room rate
